Phoebus Spring Fling

On April 22,  historic Phoebus will transform into a vibrant outdoor street festival featuring handmade arts and crafts, community exhibits, food trucks, live music and craft beer.

Our growing hometown event is seeking high-quality vendors and craftsmen to display and sell their handmade products. Local artisans and crafts people are highly encouraged to apply.

MERCHANDISE VENDOR INFORMATION

  • Application deadline March 25, 2017
  • Vendor fees must be paid in full by April 5, 2017.  Accepted vendors will be emailed an invoice with their acceptance letter offering payment options on or before March 30.
  • Single booth space is 10’x10′ and cost $40.00. Double booth space is 20’x20′ and cost $75.00.
  • Booth sharing is not permitted.
  • Each vendor is responsible for their own materials.  Tables, chairs, tents, electricity and water are NOT provided.
  • Representatives, agents, dealers or brokers are not permitted.
  • All applications are subject to a jury process; Phoebus Events reserves the right to deny any application without explanation.
  • If the event is cancelled due to inclement or hazardous weather, no refund will be issued and no credit given to future event.

FOOD VENDOR INFORMATION

  • VENDOR FEES: $100.00
  • All applications must be submitted by March 18 at 5pm; applicants will be notified by email on or before March 20 of their acceptance.
  • Accepted vendors will recieve a email link with online payment directions.
  • All vendor fees must be paid in full by April 1.  Failure to pay fees on time may jeopardize current and future participation with Phoebus Events.
  • All accepted vendors must provide copies of insurance, health permit and business license by April 8.
  • Each vendor is responsible for their own materials.  Tables, chairs, tents, electricity and water are NOT provided.
  • Generators must be quiet and cords may not cross streets or walkways.
  • Vendors are responsible for all required City of Hampton Health Department permits and compliance with regulations.
  • All local laws must be followed.
  • All applications are subject to a jury process; Phoebus Events reserves the right to deny any application without explanation.

COMMUNITY BOOTH INFORMATION

  • Community booths are reserved for service organizations only.
  • Sales of any kind are not permitted by community booth organizations while on-site.
  • Booth space is 10’x10′.
  • There is no fee for community booth participation.
  • Each organization is responsible for their own materials.  Tables, chairs, tents, electricity and water are NOT provided
